The Hop Brook Protection Association 2012 Annual Meeting will be held in the Ford Room at the Wayside Inn Wednesday, March 27th at 7:30 PM. The public is welcome. HPBA President Frank Lyons will report on the current status of the Marlborough Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade as well as plans for aquatic weed harvesting on Carding Mill Pond and Stearns Mill Pond this coming summer. A presentation of plans being developed for dredging Carding Mill Pond will be made by Eric Las of Beals + Thomas. The results of fieldwork completed during 2012 will be discussed. Copies of our 2012 Annual Report will be available at the meeting.
