According to the by-laws, the Board of Directors of the HBPA shall consist of at least three and not more than nine members. Only members of the Association shall be eligible for election to the Board of Directors. Directors shall be elected at the Annual Meeting of the members to serve two-year terms. In addition, each active general committee may elect one voting member to the Board of Directors.
